Returns
14 Day Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, contain all tags and be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.
Shipping
To return your item(s), please contact us at hello@etal.eu for shipping instructions.
We can send you a return label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, or you can choose to ship using your own return label and preferred courier.
NOTE: If you are shipping an item yourself over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your item.
Refunds
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment provider (credit card, bank, etc.), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Regular priced and certain sale items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded and will be stated on the product page.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@etal.eu.
We will send you a printable return label, and then upon receiving and inspecting the item we will send out the new item.
For exchanges due to a defective or damaged product, please send us an email describing the issue and 2-3 photos at hello@etal.eu.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original method of payment.
