Q: Where do you manufacture your products?

We currently manufacture our products exclusively in Poland.
This will be expanded in the future to other neighbouring EU countries.

Q: Where do you source your materials?

We almost exclusively source our materials from within Europe.

However, animal fibres, such as baby alpaca, highland wool, etc., are sourced from countries that are best known for their production of such fibres (e.g., alpaca from Peru).

Q: Do you focus on sustainability?

We prefer to say that we follow the principles of Slow Fashion. You can read more about our approach here.

Q: How many items do you stock?

For each style, there are no more than 50 pieces made.
Depending on the availability of materials, sometimes we only make 10 of each style.

Q: What payment types do you accept?

We accept most credit cards, PayPal, and even Cryptocurrency.

Q: An item is sold out, will you restock it?

Unfortunately, no. We produce in limited quantities [10-50 pieces total] to avoid dead-stock and waste.

Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We thoroughly check all orders before shipping. If an item arrives in a damaged condition, please send an email to with your order number and detailed photos of your order. We will either exchange the product or issue a refund.
